I’ve signed up, but I’m having problems logging in. What now?

If you already signed up, you were sent a verification email. Don’t see it in your inbox? Check your junk mail or spam folder. Click on the verification link in the email, then you’ll be able to access the coupons on our site.

If you have already verified your account, you may have entered an incorrect password. Try clicking on the Forgot? link to reset your password.

I’m on the site, but can’t seem to redeem the coupons. Why?

If it’s your first time using the site, you need to create an account. Click on the SIGN UP button near the top and follow the instructions from there. If you’ve already signed up, just enter your email address and password then hit the LOG IN button above the coupons.

I’ve verified my email address, but I’m still having trouble logging in. How can I fix that?

If you are still having problems logging in after verifying your email address, try resetting your password. That should do it.

My coupons won’t print. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble printing coupons from our site, but otherwise your printer is working fine, please send a note to coupons@aw.ca and we’ll do our best to help fix that.

Why won’t all of my offers print?

Because some offers are simply too hot for your printer to handle, from time to time an offer will be redeemable on smartphone only.

How do I access the offers on my mobile device?

awcoupon.ca is a mobile friendly website, so there’s no need for an app. Just plug awcoupon.ca into your mobile browser and go from there.

Can I redeem my coupons at any A&W?

Yes, you can redeem your coupons at any A&W restaurant in Canada. Just bring them in on your mobile device or on paper if you’ve printed them off. If you have any problems redeeming them, please contact coupons@aw.ca and we’ll be happy to help sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to delete your account, start by logging in. Click on the drop-down menu at the top, then select EDIT ACCOUNT. You’ll see a trash can icon near the bottom of that page. Click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT next to that icon and follow the instructions.

I’ve already redeemed all my offers. Can I get more?

Nice work. Of course you can get more! New coupons are released every two weeks. Just check back regularly and you’ll see them appear.

I got an email from A&W Coupons that looks blank. What the…?

You probably just need to click DISPLAY IMAGES or SHOW IMAGES to view the full email. If that doesn’t work send a note to coupons@aw.ca or visit awcoupon.ca directly for new coupons.

I just signed up. Why do the coupons expire so soon?

Our online coupons are valid for short periods because they’re refreshed with new offers every two weeks. And because people are usually pretty hungry. Check back right after the expiry date for new coupons, with new expiry dates of course.
